Pumpkin Chip Cookies

1 cn Pumpkin pie filling
1 ts Baking soda
2 tb Milk
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Vegetable oil
4 c Flour
4 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Vanilla
1 sm Bag chocolate chips

Mix ingredients well. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cookies will be soft and cake-like, perfect for a Halloween party. They will be a big hit with kids and grown-ups as well.
