Melt In Your Mouth Shortbread Cookies 1 lb. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Whip butter and powdered sugar. Add cornstarch and vanilla, beat thoroughly. Then beat in flour, 1 cup at a time. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
