Diabetic Applesauce Cookies

1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt (opt.)
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon Sweet Ten
1 egg
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup raisins or nuts
1 cup All Bran

Mix. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
