Brown Sugar Cookies

3/4 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 c. flour

Mix and make the size of walnuts. Press down with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 10 minutes.
