Applesauce Cookies

1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. polyunsaturated oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. liquid sweetener

Mix flour, salt, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon in a bowl. Add rolled oats and raisins. Mix together applesauce, oil, egg, vanilla, sweetener and beat slightly. Add to dry ingredients and mix well until moistened. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees 10 minutes, adding dry ingredients to wet is less messy.
