Hermits--Cookies 12 oz Passover honey-cake mix package
1 tb Instant coffee
1 lg Egg
1 1/2 c Seedless raisins
2 tb Peanut oil water
1 c Walnuts; package
Stir the instant coffee into the cake mix. Break the egg into a
measuring cup; add peanut oil. Then add enough water to bring measure
to a total of 1/2 c. Mix honey-cake mix as directed on the package.
Fold in the raisins and nuts. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or
more. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake @ 350o
for 15 minutes. Hermits will be soft. Cool on cookie sheets for 1-2
