Orange Double Chocolate Chip Cookies (The Grand Marniers)

2 1/4 c Flour
3 tb Dutch cocoa
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 c Nuts
1 1/2 c Raisins
2 c Chocolate chips
1 c Butter
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
3 tb Grand Marnier
3 ts Orange extract

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, liqueur, and extract. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts, chips, and raisins. Bake at 375 degrees F 10 minutes or until done. Makes

6-7 dozen.
