Providence Pecan Shortbread Cookie

7 1/2 c Krusteaz cookie mix
1 1/2 c Chopped pecans
1 c Butter

Place mix, pecans and butter in mixing bowl and blend on low speed until well-mixed. Scoop dough out with small ice cream scoop onto greased cookie sheets and flatten slightly with the palm of your hand.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly before taking off pan. Dust lightly with powdered sugar. Makes about 4 dozen.
