Maple Syrup Cookies 1 c Maple syrup
1/2 c Soft butter
2 Eggs; well-beaten
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Milk
3 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
Beat syrup and butter to a cream. Add eggs and vanilla. Add milk
alternately with flour mixed and sifted with baking powder and salt.
Roll lightly on floured board to 1/8-inch thickness, and cut with a
cookie cutter.
Place on greased cookie sheets and bake 10 to 12 minutes in a 400 F
