Walnut Raisin Cookies 2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 c Butter or margarine,softened
1 1/3 c Packed light brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
1 1/3 c Walnut pieces, chopped
1 c Sliced dried apples, chopped
1/2 c Seedless raisins
In a small bowl, combine flour and baking soda; set aside. In a medium
bowl, using an electric mixer, cream butter, brown sugar and
vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour mixture. Mix in
walnuts, apples and raisins. Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking
sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
