Meltaway Cookies

1 c Butter
1 ts Vanilla or almond extract
1/2 c Powdered sugar
3/4 c Cornstarch
1 c Flour

Cream first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until set, but not brown.

Recipe can easily be doubled.
