Maple Nut Cookies 1 c Maple syrup
1 tb Molasses
1 c Butter
3 Eggs
3 c Whole wheat pastry flour
1 c Walnuts
Cream together maple syrup, molasses, butter and eggs. Stir in flour
and walnuts by hand. Drop by teaspoonsful onto unoiled cookie
sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Cookies will be golden
brown when done. Makes 36 cookies
