Chocolate Shortbread

1/4 c Cocoa
1/2 c Powdered Sugar
1 c Unsalted Butter -- cut in 1 In. cubes
2 c Flour

Preheat oven to 350.

Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until a ball of dough forms. Roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into pieces (rectangular). Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 13-15 minutes.

Makes about 36.
