Sugar-free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 c Quick oats (oatmeal)
1/3 c Whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Raisins
1/4 c Unsweetened pineapple juice
-concentrate, thawed
1/4 c Unsweetened apple juice,
-concentrate, thawed
1/4 c Vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients and raisins. Stir in juice concentrates and oil. Drop by teaspoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350~ for 10 minutes. SERVINGS: 16 cookies
