Cup Cookie Bars

1 c Shortening
1 c White sugar
1 c Brown sugar
2 c Flour
1 ts Soda
1 c Cold coffee
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chocolate chips

Cream shortening with sugars. Mix rest of ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Bake in 9x13-inch pan at 350~ for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool. Cut into bars.
