Crispy Sugar Cookies

1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Soda
1 Egg
1/2 c Margarine -- melted
2 tb Milk
1 ts Vanilla

Combine flour, 1/2 sugar, powder and soda. Add egg, margarine, milk and vanilla; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, flatten with fork. Sprinkle with sugar.
