1-1-1 Cookies

1 c Peanut butter
1 c Sugar
1 Egg

Blend and drop onto cookie sheet. Use a fork to make the customary criss-cross design. Bake for 10 minutes in a pre-heated 425 deg oven. Let cool to touch before moving them onto cooling racks.
