Dropped Peppernut Cookies 1 c Molasses
1/2 c Corn syrup
1/2 c Canola oil
1/2 c Liquid egg substitute
1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Baking soda dissolved in
2 tb water
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground cloves
4 1/4 c Unbleached flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all
ingredients except the flour. Add flour and mix well. Drop batter by
rounded teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes,
